‘Put on your dancing shoes,’ Femi Adesina says as Yoruba Obas in FCT give him talking drum

Those adept at beating the talking drum are called Ayan. And Mr. Adesina asks, “Who says a new Ayan is not here?” and exhorts that you “Please, put on your dancing shoes.”
Led by His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr) Olusegun Salau, the royal fathers commended the anti-corruption war of the Federal Government, and urged that “the laws must not be waived for any offender, as it was one of the reasons Nigerians voted for Buhari and the APC massively.”
Saying they were particularly happy at the emergence of Muhammadu Buhari as President at this point in time, the Obas noted that the many problems facing the country were being progressively tackled.
The traditional rulers applauded the fact that Yorubas in FCT have been living with other Nigerians peacefully. They pledged support to the Federal Government, and the FCT administration.
