President Muhammadu Buhari is in France ahead of the Paris Peace Forum
He was received on arrival by the Ambassador of Nigeria to France, Dr Modupe Irele and other top government functionaries, including Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano and Katsina State Governor Aminu Bello Masari.
