The Lagos State Motor Vehicle Administration Agency in its effort to enhance the flow of communication between the Agency and the general public, has dedicated two new telephone hotlines for use by the general public.
While releasing the hotlines, the Director, Public Affairs MVAA, Mrs. RonkeFamakinwa disclosed that they would serve as medium for the public to lodge complaints and make enquiries on our products and services of the agency and also for suggestions on how the Agency could improve its services for public satisfaction.
The dedicated lines are 0909-963-8783 and 0705-858-4343.
She said that members of the public could also reach the Agency through its email address: lagosmvaa@yahoo.com and facebook.com/lagosstatemotorvehicleadministrationagency.
She therefore enjoined the general public to make use of the lines in order to get across to the Agency.
