Her Royal Highness, Ugoeze Norah Omosu Okwale goes home

The entire people of Umuchieze in Umunneochi Local Government Area (LGA) of Abia State, particularly the families of H.R.H Eze Reuben Okwale, The Chieze II of Umuchieze, and the Aligbe Royal Family of Ujabhole, Irrua, Esan Central LGA of Edo State, will tomorrow, December 28, 2021 bid their Matriarch, H.R.H Ugoeze Norah Omosu Okwale, nee Aligbe farewell.

According to the notice inviting the general public to the funeral ceremony of their beloved Matriarch, endorsed by Princess Barrister Mrs. Tessy Igweani (Adadioramma 1), daughter of the late Queen and H.R.H Eze Barrister Moses M. Okwale, Chieze III for the family, Ugoeze Okwale passed on aged 89 and will be interred at the Palace after a Requiem Mass to be officiated by His Lordship, Most Rev. Dr. Solomon Amarachukwu Amatu, the Catholic Bishop of Okigwe Diocese, at St. Clement Catholic Church, Lokpaukwu, Umuchieze, Umunneochi LGA at 11:00AM, Tuesday, December 28, 2021.

After interment, a Reception/Entertainment of Guests will hold at St. Rita’s Primary School Field, Lokpaukwu.

A Funeral Mass/Wake Keep was holding at press time Monday, December 27, 2021 at Eze Okwale’s Palace.

Already, dignitaries from all over the world are in Nigeria to be part of the funeral of the great mother that positively impacted the lives of many who are mourning her exit wherever they are globally.

She is being remembered by people all over the world who are beneficiaries of her generosity, kind heartedness, peaceful nature and love for humanity.
