Matriarch of Ogbuehi family of Umuariam Obowo, Ezinne Chief Mrs. Victoria Azuanuka Ogbuehi passes on at 79
The family of Chief Cornelius Ogbuehi of Umuariam Obowo, Imo State, Nigeria, at home and in the Diaspora, has announced with sadness, the transition to eternal glory of their wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunty, mother-in-law and friend, Chief Mrs. Victoria Azuanuka Ogbuehi.
A statement, announcing the home going of the Matriarch of the Ogbuehi family, by Mr. Macmillan Ogbuehi, said that Ezinne Chief Mrs. Victoria Azuanuka Ogbuehi, nee Okonko, passed on to glory on May 27, 2022 at the age of 79.
A highly respected Church and community leader and a philanthropist of note, Ezinne Chief Mrs. Ogbuehi is survived by her husband, Chief Cornelius Ogbuehi, her children, Chief Charles Chijindu Ogbuehi, USA, Mr. MacMillan Chinedum Ogbuehi, USA, Mr. Uchenna Magnus Ogbuehi, USA, Barrister Collin Kelechukwu Ogbuehi, Nigeria, Ms. Chioma Anastina Ogbuehi, USA, Mr. Everest Chinaenyeze Ogbuehi, Sydney Australia, Ms. Uzochi Ogbuehi, Nigeria, Mrs. Uloma Uwalaka(Nee- Ogbuehi) and Mrs. Ihunanya Emeana (Nee – Ogbuehi).
Her daughters in law are Mrs. Uju Ogbuehi, USA, Mrs. Kate Ngozi Ogbuehi, USA, Mrs. Oyidiya Ogbuehi, Nigeria and Mrs. Chioma Augustina Ogbuehi, Nigeria.
She is blessed with many grandchildren, brothers and sisters, in-laws and many other relatives, friends and well-wishers all over the world.
All those whose lives she has touched positively during her earthly sojourn who are in different parts of the world are mourning her departure and thanking God for the good life that she lived and for the impact she made in the lives of the people around her.
