ARDN operates in more than 80 countries and reaches over 250 million people. Its Red Card Campaign calls for an end to violence and discrimination against women and girls and serves as an entry point for advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
This appointment comes as ARDN prepares for the Global Youth Leadership Summit at the 2026 UN General Assembly in New York, linked to the Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games and the symbolic Red Card Flame for Equality, which will connect New York and Dakar.
In accepting the role, Harold Robinson said: “I look forward to contributing to ARDN’s mission and helping elevate youth voices from Latin America and the Caribbean as we move toward Dakar 2026.”
Mr. Robinson is already engaged in ARDN initiatives planned for 2025 and beyond.
