Rumosi Community in Obio/Akpor Local government of Rivers State was thrown into confusion on Tuesday morning as Mr. Kinika Kingsley, father of four children, his wife, Mrs. Ihuoma and their children were believed killed by generator fumes.
Late Kinika Kingsley until his death was a graduate of the University of Port Harcourt.
All the six persons were found dead inside their room.
The sad situation, which caused pandemonium within the neighboring communities of Rumosi, also threw residents of the area into a sorrowful mood.
Preliminary Police investigations revealed that they died from inhaling generator fumes.
Speaking on the incident, a family friend of the late Kinika said they grew up together in Eliozu, a neighboring Ikwerre community in the state.
The remains of the deceased family members have been deposited in a mortuary in the state capital
