Another party big wig dumps PDP

Hon. (Barrister) Albert Abiodun Adeogun

Immediate past Deputy Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Osun State in 2018, Hon. (Barrister) Albert Abiodun Adeogun, has resigned his membership of the main opposition party.

Hon. Adeogun, who was also the member representing Ife Federal Constituency of Osun State at the House of Representatives, Abuja during the 8th National Assembly, said in his resignation letter, addressed to the National Chairman of the party, that his resignation is with effect from May 12, 2022.

Though Hon. Adeogun did not give any reasons for his resignation, he, in the letter, written on the letter head of Biodun, Woye & Co Ife-Olu Chambers, Abuja, expressed his “sincere appreciation to the party for the opportunity to serve my people in various capacities during my membership of the party” and wished PDP “the best of luck.”
