At Christmas, Ugwuanyi preaches love, peaceful coexistence

Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State has enjoined Christians across the country to imbibe the virtue of peaceful coexistence, especially at this period of Christmas that commemorates the birth of Jesus Christ.

In a Christmas message released by his office, and signed by State Commissioner for Information, Ogbuagu Anikwe, Governor Ugwuanyi wished Christian faithful a Merry Christmas, urging them to use the occasion as a moment of introspection and renewed commitment to the country’s unity and love for one another.

“Christmas is a time of goodwill, sharing and caring,” he said, adding that its message of love should inspire adherents of the Christian faith to show love to all humanity.
