Enugu State University of Science & Technology, Faculty of Management Sciences, celebrates Alumni Homecoming, Reunion

In a bid to celebrate some outstanding Alumni for their commendable achievements and various contributions to society in general, the Faculty of Management Sciences of Enugu State University of Science and Technology will be celebrating its 32 years’ Alumni homecoming and reunion.

The event which comes up in Enugu on Thursday, October 26, 2017  under the chairmanship of the President General of Ohaneze Ndigbo worldwide, Chief Nnia Nwodo, will feature awards to the Enugu State Governor, His Excellency Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, Enugu State  Speaker, Hon. Chief Edward Ubosi, Managing Director of Fidelity Bank PLC, Mr Nnamdi Okonkwo , as well as other leaders and technocrats.
Speaking at the occasion will be His Excellency Dr. Ike Ekweremadu, Deputy President of the Senate and Dr. Ernest Ebi, Chairman Board of Directors, Fidelity Bank PLC.
According to the Dean, Faculty of Management Sciences, Prof. Fred Eze, the Faculty, established in 1985, houses the departments of Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Co-operatives & Rural Development, Insurance & Risk Management, Marketing, Public Administration and Mass Communication. He went further to state that in 32 years of existence, the Faculty has produced leaders in top echelons of government and managers who occupy strategic positions in both the private and public sectors of the Nigerian economy.
Prof. Ike Ndolo, Chairman of the Homecoming & Reunion Committee, stated that the whole idea of a homecoming, is to primarily celebrate the Alumni in their various capacities and investments in national development, offer the Alumni the opportunity of a reunion with each other and also reconnect with the University from where they earned their fruits, under the  leadership of Prof. Luke Okechukwu Anike, Vice Chancellor and Chief Host.
