The fifth memorial anniversary of Dim Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu was held over the weekend at the Ojukwu Memorial Library Owerri, Imo State.
Dignitaries from across the country thronged the venue of the event to honour the departed, highly respected leader.
Among those who graced the occasion were Dr. Fredrick Fasheun, the Founder and Leader of the Oodua Peoples Congress, OPC, former security chief, Major Hamza Mustapha and Movement for the Actualisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra, MASSOB, Leader, Chief Raph. Uwazurike.
Also present were Ambassador Mrs. Bianca Ojukwu (widow of Late Dim Odimegwu Ojukwu), HRH Eze Obidiegwu Onyenso (Eze Nri), Arch Bishop Emmanuel Iheanacho, Eze Uche Nwachukwu, Eze Igbo Lagos State, Otunba Abayomi Odunowo and Prince Long –John.
It was a memorable event for all those that turned out to honour the memory of the departed legend.
