Commissioner for Commerce & Industry, Hon. Sam Ogbu-Nwobodo handing over a total of 709 bundles of high quality aluminum roofing sheets worth N13, 535,550, (thirteen million, five hundred and thirty five thousand, five hundred and fifty naira), in fulfillment of the promise made by His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, the Governor of Enugu State to the traders of Orie Agu Udi, in Udi LGA, on Saturday, October 28, 2017 for the complete reroofing of the entire market. Prominent political and civic leaders of Udi, including the TC chairman and his Deputy, the Hon. Member Rep. Udi South in Enugu State House of Assembly, Hon. Chuka Eneh, Hon. Barr. Ugochukwu Agbala, the SSA to the Governor on Commerce & Industry, Hon. Oguejiofor Ndu, The President General, Udi ancient kingdom, Hon. Emma Enoli, the Chairman of the market, Chief Solomon Owo and his Executives were all on hand to witness the ceremony. The traders turned out en-mass, and were visibly overjoyed, singing songs of praise and solidarity for the Governor.
