Obi, Otti, others join Atedo Peterside, family at funeral thanksgiving service for their Matriarch

Presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the 2023 general election, Mr. Peter Obi and Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti were among dignitaries that joined Elder statesman and financial sector giant, Atedo Peterside and the entire Peterside family of Opobo Town in Rivers State for the Funeral Thanksgiving Service for their beloved mother, Princess Patricia Gbolaba Awune Peterside over the weekend.

Mr. Obi, a former Governor of Anambra State, in an X (former twitter) post said: “Once again, I sincerely extend condolences to Atedo Peterside, a very respected Nigerian whose immeasurable contributions to the nation’s economic growth remain laudable.

“We thank God for the long life Mama enjoyed and for her contributions to a better society, as evidenced by her children, who are today excelling in many areas of life. I pray to God to grant Mama eternal rest and comfort the family.
