Director General, Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Dr. Bashir Jamoh, OFR has received in audience students who are Maritime Forum members from the University of Lagos (UNILAG).
During the visit, Dr Jamoh described the Maritime industry as the best industry, noting that the time has come for proper delineation between maritime Governance and Ocean Governance.
He also called on Nigerians to begin to de-emphasize certification in favour of Skill sets.
