US-based Nigerian pro-democracy group to receive award at ‘Freedom Concert Season 2’ in Abuja

The influential US-based nonpartisan, good governance group. The Nigerian-American Coalition for Justice and Democracy (NACJD), would on September 10, 2023, receive an award by ALLSERVICE.COM Nigeria, a registered Professional Information Communication and Entertainment Company.

The award will be presented during the Freedom Concert Season 2, at D’ Franklin Apartment & Event Center, Gwarimpa, Abuja. The programme, according to the organisers, is “aimed at celebrating our Heroes/Leaders and Organizations, that have gone through diverse hurdles and challenges in their careers/businesses and have become successful, and are still making feats in their various endeavors, towards National Development.”

In response to the honor, the NACJD General Secretary, Mr. Chijike Ndukwe wrote back saying: “We write to accept your Award of recognition and honor communicated to us through your letter of August 3rd, 2023. The mission of and concept of your event is unique, and your effort to booster democratic principles through entertainment is a testament to your ingenuity and innovative minds.

“We are therefore honored to join you at the event as scheduled. Thank you for the work you do to promote Democracy and Good Governance in Nigeria. We look forward to your other communications regarding the event and to working with you in the future. Please, accept the assurances of my highest considerations.”

The NACJD is a Washington, DC. US based Research and Good Governance advocacy organization  focused on lobbying the US Government, the Congress and policy making community to influence US policies on Nigeria.
