High Chief Stanford Ezenwa Onyirimba committed to mother earth; Dignitaries from far and near attend burial

Late former Majority Leader of the Imo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Sir Stanford Ezenwa Onyirimba (KSC) (Ikeoha Okigwe), has been laid to rest in his country home in Ehime Mbano, Imo State, Nigeria in grand style.

The solemn celebration took place yesterday, Friday, April 22, 2022 after a Commemoration Service at the St. Stephen’s Anglican Church Umuduruegwelle.

The event was well attended by many family members, political and business associates, friends and school as well as classmates who came from far and near to honour the memory of the political leader.

Earlier (on Thursday, April 21, 2022) there had been a Valedictory Session for the late legislator and former Commissioner in the Imo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, ISOPADEC at the Imo State House of Assembly, where legislators, led by the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Kennedy Ibeh paid glowing tributes to the late High Chief Stanford Onyirimba.

The Madonna High School, Ihitte, Imo State classmates of the highly respected Knight of Saint Christopher (KSC) were conspicuous at the interment of their departed mate.
