The multiple awards winner and “African Queen Crooner”, Innocent Idibia aka TUBABA has stormed Benin City, the Edo State Capital with his ‘vote not fight’ campaign.

There is no best time for this message than this as the state is sets for another critical and crucial moment of her history, come September 10 this year.

Receiving the musical icon at the National Youth Council of Nigeria in Benin City Sunday, the chairman, Comrade Innocent Ajayi said the youth in the state who have been his ardent fans are so glad to have him in their midst and that they are ever ready to key into his idea.

The event which is to take place at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium would have him being decorated with the title of an ambassador alongside others who have contributed their roles to the development of the youths in the state and in the country at large.

Comrade Ajayi said the essence of decorating them is to let them know that their works and deeds have been appreciated so as to encourage others to contribute their roles to the development of the society which they belong.

On the part of Innocent Idibia, he said the message, ‘vote not fight’ is a message everybody in the state must support and buy into noting that no election should be worth dying for.

He said every youth must play safe before, during and after the election as violence, thuggery, snatching of ballot boxes do not pay anymore.

He called on the youth in the state to work for the development of the state in all possible ways.
