The Governor of Rivers State, Chief Barr. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, has appointed Elder Felix A. Obuah as the new Sole Administrator of the Rivers State Waste Management Authority. The appointment takes immediate effect. The Governor who paid an unscheduled visit to the office of the Authority, expressed disgust with the abysmal performance of the management. The new sole administrator has 72 hours to clear all refuse in the state.
