RCCG ordains thousands as Pastors, Assistant Pastors, Deacons/Deaconesses at 69th Annual Convention
10, 802 workers of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) are expected to be ordained Deacons and Deaconesses Thursday, August 5, 2021, at the 69th Annual Convention of the RCCG holding at the new ultra modern auditorium of the Church at the Redemption Camp on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Nigeria.
The theme of the Convention which is holding online (Virtual) and onsite (Physical) is “A New Wave of Glory” and ministering is the General Overseer of the Church, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye and other Anointed Ministers of God.
Also Thursday, 4,725 Deacons and Deaconesses will be ordained Assistant Pastors, while on Saturday, August 7, 2021, 2,230 Assistant Pastors will be ordained full Pastors of the Church.
58 Honorary Elders will also be ordained during the Convention which started on Monday, August 2, 2021 with presentations by Children and Teenagers. There were presentations by Young Adults on Day Two, (Tuesday, August 3,2021) while Elders took the platform to make their presentations on Wednesday, August 4, 2021.
Thursday, aside the Ordinations, presentation by the Pastors Seed Family, Seminar 1 and Service of Songs, will feature the Deliverance Service of the Convention at 8:00 pm.
Friday, August 6, 2021 will witness a Bible Study, Pastors Seed Family presentation, Special Seminar 2 and the Holy Ghost Service at 8:00 pm.
On Saturday, August 7, 2021 there will be Baptism and Ordination of full Pastors, Pastors Seed Family presentation, Question and Answers/Laying of Hands and Holy Communion/ Anointing Service at 8:00 pm.
The Thanksgiving and Farewell Service will hold on Sunday, August 8, 2021 from 8:00 am to bring the historic Convention, that is being attended by people from all over the world and that is being viewed by millions globally, to a glorious end.
