Gov. Simon Lalong appoints Jackden, Longyen GM, SSA

Executive Governor of Plateau State, Rt. Hon. Simon Bako Lalong has approved the appointment of Mr. Jeptha Jackden as the General Manager of the Plateau Radio Television Corporation (PRTVC). Until his appointment he has had several years of professional experience as a Director with the Corporation before his redeployment as the Director Broadcast and New Media in the Plateau State Ministry of Information.
Similarly, the Executive Governor has also approved the appointment of Mr Mark Longyen as the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) Media to the Governor. Mr. Longyen has had years of Private Media practice experience and until his appointment was a Staff of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN). All appointments are with immediate effect.
The Governor wishes to thank Ms Ann Samchi the Acting General Manager of Plateau Radio Television Corporation for holding forth during the period preceding this appointment and wishes her well as she continuous with her responsibility as a substantive Director in the Plateau Radio Television Corporation (PRTVC).
The Governor is optimistic that with the injection of this crop of Media Practitioners, the best of the Interest of Plateau State will be served through their professionalism and valid contribution to information management in the State.
