The statement was jointly signed by Bukola Olaoye and Dr. Victor Ubani for NIDOA BOT; Chika Emmanuel for NIDOA-Brazil BOD; Danladi Husaini, NIDOA-Belize BOD; Lillian Alli-Balogun, NIDOA-Canada BOD; and Collins Ikegwuno and Dr. Eromonsele Idahosa, NIDOA-USA BOD.
