Not trying harder in the face of seeming failure, is the worst failure By Fr. Peter Iwuala

Failure is the state of not meeting a desired objective and can result from internal or external factors. It is a temporary setback that can be learned from through hard work, incentives, and an open mind. Perseverance in the face of failure instills a sense of purpose and fosters resilience, contributing to conquering new challenges in the future. Perseverance is not just a common quality of high achievers but a fundamental attribute essential to personal and professional success.

Missed opportunities can have significant impacts on our lives, leading to financial struggles, boring routines, and disheartened relationships. To be successful, we must view failure as a guide to success. Many successful people began their careers with a series of failures, and studies show a direct correlation between the number of failed opportunities and the number of successes an individual might obtain.

Perseverance is not about assuming failure will never occur in life, but about facing problems head-on and not giving up. Every failure has a built-in lesson for improvement, and learning from it can help avoid repeating mistakes in the future.

Always keep in mind that failure is a temporary setback that can be learned from through perseverance, hard work, and a willingness to learn from failure. Therefore, do not be scared of failure; learn from it and keep going. Success is just around the corner, and somebody should wait for it, strive for it, and never give up. Jesus did not give up on his way to Calvary. I hope to see you someday at the gate of success.
