Patronise Enugu UK Visa Centre, Nigerians in the South East urged

Nigerians living in the South-East geo-political zone of the country have been urged to patronise the United Kingdom (UK) Visa Processing Centre in Enugu.
The call was made by the former Senator representing Anambra Central, Sen. Uche Ekwunife, who encouraged the residents of the zone to see the Centre as a huge opportunity to apply and process their visas at the low-cost, timeous and efficient one-stop window.
Ekwunife, the Director General of the South East Governors Forum, made the call in a statement on Thursday in Enugu.
She expressed the confidence that the facility would enhance travel opportunities for those living in the region and eliminate the arduous task of travelling hundreds of miles to Abuja or Lagos for visa applications.
The DG described the Centre as a “milestone and crucial resource” stressing that the people stand to benefit from its immense potentials.
“I can confidently attest to the centre’s exceptional efficiency, professionalism, and user-friendliness which set a new benchmark for visa application processing in the region,” she said.
According to her, the visa processing centre offers residents across the five states and its environs, reduced travel costs and times, faster processing times for visa applications, convenience and ease of application.
“It also contributes to the economic and social growth of the region. This centre is a vital resource that has been strategically placed in our region to cater to the visa application needs of South East indigenes and residents.
“By patronizing this facility, we can bid farewell to the stress and inconvenience of travelling to distant locations for visa applications.
“The UK Visa Processing Centre in Enugu offers a convenient, efficient and streamlined process that saves time, energy and resources,” she  added.
She explained that the visa centre, which was  situated at Omedel Hotel, 4/6 Link Road, off Paskan Jake Bus stop, Independence Layout, would create jobs, stimulating local businesses and increased economic activities in the region.
