It was, indeed, an electrifying night of glitz and glamor, with a great huge crowd of personalities from all walks of life in attendance.
The occasion was THE LIST AWARDS 2024 in Irvington, New Jersey, United States of America (USA).
Put together by iSEE magazine, a number of people who had distinguished themselves in different areas of endeavor and impacted the community in one way or the other were honored with Awards.
People came from far and near. Relatives, friends and well wishers of Award recipients were on hand to cheer and support them, while diverse forms of entertainment spiced up the memorable night.
Among those that were given awards were Monsignor Anselm Nwaorgu, the first native African born priest in the United States’ Catholic Church to be, in 2009, elevated to the status of a Monsignor, Nigeria-born, Sir Clement Ezeh, a Senior Project Executive and distinguished community leader, Multiple Chief Kelechi Onyegbule, the Best MC of the Year 2024, Sir Omo Rantas and Lady Angie Akparanta (Utodiya 1), Best Couple of the Year 2024 and the vivacious youth philanthropist, Princess Adaeze Cheryl Ibezim, who received the Youth of the Year Award 2024 with a wide margin of the votes that were cast for contestants in her category.

Her Foundation, Back to School Transformation, has been silently and without fail, dedicated to this cause that has year-in-year out, brought genuine smiles to the faces of the children of Avutu Obowo and other surrounding villages, her driving motivation being that “When you sponsor a child’s education, you’re not just helping one student – you’re empowering future leaders, thinkers, and innovators who will contribute to building a brighter world.”
While appreciating all who voted for her to win, she wrote that “with this award, we’re more motivated than ever to expand our humanitarian efforts, bringing hope and transformation to more children in need. Together, we’ll keep taking strides toward a brighter future for all through Back-to-School Transformation.”
She encourages other people of goodwill to support her groundbreaking initiative, noting that “Every donation provides a child with the tools to dream, grow, and make a lasting impact.
“Join us in this mission to bring quality education to children in need. Together, let’s change the world one child at a time.
