Presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the 2023 election, Mr. Peter Obi, has said that the Guinness World Record for preparing the Largest Serving of Nigerian-style Jollof Rice, achieved by celebrity Chef, Hilda Baci, “reflects the limitless potential that resides in our youth.”
Mr. Obi, a former Governor of Anambra State, who said this in an X (former Twitter) post, also said that the feat “is a powerful symbol of what our people can achieve when passion, hard work and opportunity are united.”
He stressed that “Nigerian youths remain very talented with skills that can break world records. If we invest in them, support them and open doors of opportunities, there is no limit to what our nation can become.”
Mr. Obi, who congratulated Ms. Baci on the extraordinary milestone, also prayed that this should “be one among many more records to come.”
