The May Holy Ghost Service of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) holds today, Friday, May 1, 2026 at the Redemption City of God, Lagos/Ibadan Expressway, Nigeria.
Featuring the General Overseer of the RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye and other anointed Ministers of God, the Service has as its theme “Excellent Counsel” and will feature intense prayers, anointed praise and worship sessions, the ministry of the Word, prophetic declarations and testimonies of the faithfulness of God.
Coming on the heels of the highly successful 30th anniversary celebration of the Festival of Life (the equivalent of the Holy Ghost Service in the United Kingdom) on April 10, 2026, and the EUROCON programme in Germany on Thursday April 23 and Friday, April 24, 2026, this month’s Holy Ghost Service promises to be extra special.
The Festival of Life in London, with the theme “Brand New Beginning,” featured celebrated gospel music ministers, Nathaniel Bassey, Dunsin Oyekan, Sunmisola Agbebi, and Faithchild, and among other prophetic declarations, Pastor Adeboye prophesied that Britain will be great again.
Today’s Holy Ghost Service, which starts at 6:00 PM West African Time (WAT), has already been preceded by the Holy Communion Service, held yesterday, Thursday, April 30, 2026.
Today’s Service is, as usual, on site, and the Redemption City is already receiving worshipers from far and near who are coming in to be part of the Service. There will, however, also be live streaming on the Church’s YouTube channel and verified social media platforms.
