100 years birthday: Global celebration for Pa Dr. Olusola Ajolore of Full Gospel Fellowship
Global celebration of the iconic Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International, Pa Dr Olusola Ajolore, who just turned 100 years, would be rounded off Saturday, August 22, 2026 with a Centenary Outreach Dinner at the NICON Luxury Hotel, Abuja, Nigeria.
Special Guests at the Outreach Dinner include former Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon, former Senate President and one-time Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Senator Anyim Pius Anyim, another SGF, Mr. Boss Mustapha, and the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HCSF), Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack.
The historic celebration of the landmark birthday of Pa Ajolore, a former University don and farmer, started on Monday, August 17, 2026, with a Centenary Birthday Press conference at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja which touched on several burning national issues.
The thoroughly merited and well attended programme was continued on Thursday, August 20, 2026, with a lovely ‘Night of Testimonies’ titled “A Life That Testifies” at the National Merit House, also in Abuja, and will be concluded at the NICON Luxury Hotel.
Pa Ajolore has lived through Nigeria’s transition from colonial rule to independence, through the Civil War, military administrations, and successive democratic governments and has a wealth of experience like very few, and shares these experiences, including his secret of longevity liberally.
At the widely covered press conference, the elder statesman spoke on the responsibility of all stakeholders in the Nigerian project to the nation’s development, the country’s security situation, the need for more investment in the agricultural sector, with special emphasis on the need for security, finance, technology, infrastructure, storage, processing, and market access.
He also spoke on the improvement of the education sector, with special focus on vocational skills, technology and entrepreneurship, on responsible leadership, and empowerment of the nation’s youth through provision of job opportunities and creation of enabling environment for them to thrive.
The Night of Testimonies featured many emotive testimonies of a life of great impact, a life full of God’s grace, a life of great discipline, and a life of strategic impact. It was also a night of beautiful songs of praise and worship to God who has been faithful to His servant, Pa Dr. Olusola Ajolore.
The Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International is a prominent Nigerian business and faith-based organization and Pa Dr. Olusola Ajolore has played a major role in the establishment of many of its chapters across the country.
