Music executive Ubi Franklin has claimed that Nigerian singer Kizz Daniel has the largest real estate portfolio among Nigerian artists, allegedly valued at between ₦9 billion and ₦10 billion.
Franklin made the claim while discussing the investments and financial portfolios of some of Nigeria’s leading music stars.
According to him, Kizz Daniel, whose real name is Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, has quietly accumulated substantial property holdings without publicly drawing attention to his wealth.
“Kizz Daniel has the biggest real estate portfolio among Nigerian artists, worth around ₦9–10 billion, but he doesn’t make noise about it,” Franklin said.
Franklin, who is associated with Afrobeats star Davido, also compared Kizz Daniel’s alleged property holdings with those of other Nigerian musicians.
He said Davido was the closest Nigerian artist to Kizz Daniel in terms of real estate investments, while Burna Boy was also expanding his property portfolio.
“Only Davido comes close, while Burna Boy is also coming up,” he said.
The claim has generated discussions about the investments of Nigerian entertainers outside the music industry, particularly their interests in property and other long-term assets.
However, the figures cited by Franklin have not been independently verified, and there was no information in the report indicating that Kizz Daniel had publicly confirmed the estimated value of his property holdings.
The discussion has also drawn attention to Kizz Daniel’s relatively private lifestyle and his investments away from his music career.
