All roads lead to Akure as Chevron’s Adebawo, Omomehin, and PR guru, Stevenson-Odusola are honored, Sunday

All roads will lead to Akure, the Ondo State capital on Sunday, September 12, 2021 where three prominent sons of Ilaje, Ondo State will be honored for outstanding services to the community, the state and mankind.

The Ilaje sons to be so honored are Rev. Adesola Omogbeminiyi Adebawo of Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL), Mr. Andrew Omomehin (FNSE), General Manager Operations of Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL) in Nigeria and Mid Africa, and Mr. Kunle Stevenson-Odusola, a senior and successful Public Relations Consultant.

The three are leaders of the Ilaje Development Summit Group (IDSG).

While Rev. Adebawo is the Executive Administrator of the IDSG, Omomehin is a member of the Board of Trustees (BoT) of the Group while Stevenson-Odusola is Advisor on Strategy.

The much awaited Investiture ceremony will take place at De Dome, Igbatoro Road, Akure, Ondo State at 2:00 pm (WAT), and dignitaries, including relatives, friends and colleagues of the three great sons of the soil are expected to grace the event.

Rev. Adebawo will be honored as the “Ondo State Development Influencer of the Year 2020,” Omomehin will receive an award as the Ondo State Oil and Gas Man of The Year 2020 while Stevenson-Odusola, will receive the Business Innovation and Legacy Man of the Year Award.

The organizers of the program, Hero Magazine and the Nigeria Outstanding Leadership Award platform, said, they are honoring these leaders for their contributions to the development of the state and for their other exemplary attributes.

The event is expected to attract an array of leading personalities from Ondo State, Nigeria and beyond, especially those who have been directly and indirectly impacted by the honorees.
