The passage of Apostle Dr. Francis Chukwuemeka Uzonwanne (1971-2020), has elicited lamentations and outbursts of sorrow around the world.

The exit of the much loved man of many parts has also led many to give thanks and praise to God for the glorious and fulfilled life that the born again preacher of the Word of God lived.

Apostle (Dr.) Uzonwanne transited to glory on July 13, 2020 and was interred on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 after a Funeral Service and Lying in State at the Court of Praise Church International, Praise Hill Chapel (Under Power Line), Goodness Estate, Off Arulogun, Ojoo, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.

There had been a Service of Songs at the Court of Praise Church International, Praise Hill Chapel, on Monday, August 3, 2020 and Celebration of Life program in the United States of America, US.

Born on February 8, 1971 to Dr. Damian and Mrs. Christiana Uzonwanneof Umu Eleke Village, Ogwu Ikpele, Ogbaru, Anambra State, Nigeria, Apostle (Dr.) Uzonwanne attended the Staff School, Ibadan, International School, Ibadan and the University of Ibadan where he earned his Bachelors degree in Psychology.

He also obtained a Masters degree in Guidance and Counselling from the University of Ibadan before proceeding to the US where he served on Short Service Commission as an Officer in the US Army.
He was honorably discharged after service in the US Army and returned to civilian life as a Veteran of the US Army.

Thereafter, he proceeded to study for a Doctoral Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the Harold Abel School of Psychology, Capella University, Minneapolis, USA.

He held prestigious professional positions in the private sector in the US, including Senior Analyst in Performance Consulting at JP Morgan Chase, Dallas, Texas; Senior Performance Consultant at Citi Mortgage, Irving, Texas and Senior Trainer, Citigroup, Irving, Texas.

He also held senior academic positions at the University of Phoenix, Arizona, USA, at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and at Redeemers University also in Nigeria.

Uzonwanne was a member of several local and international professional bodies, including Nigerian Psychological Association, American Psychological Association, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology Incorporated and International Society for Performance Improvement.

He also authored several books and about 30 journal articles in international journals.

The outpour of love for Apostle (Dr.) Uzonwanne is evident from the emotionally charged eulogies and testimonials from family members, relations and friends, including his wife, Betty Akuoma Uzonwanne and their three children, Michelle, David and Judah.

He touched lives in his short but memorable life and would live forever in the memories of those whose lives he impacted.
