ASUP gives strike notice, demands payment of 2016 shortfalls

The Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics (ASUP) says it will embark on an indefinite strike with effect from Monday, Nov. 13, unless the Federal Government pays its 2016 shortfalls and all outstanding arrears.
