The Nigeria Police Force has announced the appointment of CSP Sogbeba Dulphine West as Deputy Force Public Relations Officer.
A statement by Ag. ACP Olabisi Kolawole, the Force Public Relations Officer, said that CSP West, who hails from Rivers State, holds a diploma in Security Strategies and has served in different Department and formations in the Force.
He served in Enugu Command, and was the Personal Assistant to the then CP of the Command. He has also headed the Special Anti-robbery Squad, Enugu and worked in the Taraba State Command.
CSP Sogbeba West has also served in the United Nations Peacekeeping Missions in Kosovo and East Timor.
His experience in policing, the statement said, has seen him through in Nasarawa, Rivers and Kogi Commands. With this vast experience and external exposure, CSP West is now to serve as the Deputy Force Public Relations Officer.
