Dogara prays for Nigeria`s stability in Jerusalem with Govs Fayose, Ortom, Lalong, Umahi .. says Security challenges will soon be over

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, on Sunday led other Nigerian leaders to pray for peace and stability of the House in Jerusalem, Isreal.
A statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Public Affairs, Turaki Hassan, said the Speaker was in Isreal for a special pilgrimage programme: “A Day with Jesus for Nigeria in Israel,” organised by the Nigerian Christian Pilgrims Commission (NCPC), held at the International Conference Centre (ICC), Jerusalem.
Honourable Dogara, who emphasised the importance of prayers in the affairs of a nation and individuals said it is only through prayers that Nigeria will be able to overcome the many challenges facing it as a nation.
He said the only way for man to connect with God and tap into His blessings is through prayers.
Nigerians, according to the Speaker, must embark upon spiritual revival for God`s intervention in the affairs of the country.
He said happenings in the country, especially the security challenges in the North East geo-political zone, will soon be overcome but that it takes prayers and God`s intervention to tackle it.
The Speaker called on all Nigerians to unite and support President Muhammadu Buhari to lead the country out of the present security and economic challenges.
Dogara also led a special prayer session at the Wailing Wall, and other holy sites in Jerusalem.

State Governors present at the prayer session include Ayo Fayose of Ekiti State, Sameul Ortom of Benue State, Simon Lalong of Plateau State, David Umahi of Ebonyi State and Deputy Governors of Adamawa, Martins Babale and his Imo counter part, .
