Former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, has been transferred to the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
EFCC will interrogate Mr. Dasuki for his role in the $2.1 billion arms contract scandal.
Mr. Dasuki was arrested by the DSS on Tuesday after about a month-long siege on his residence in Abuja. He has been in their custody since then.
Former DAAR Communications Chairman, Raymond Dokpesi; a former governor of Sokoto state, Attahiru Bafarawa; and a former Minister of State for Finance, Bashir Yuguda are amongst those that have been arrested up by the anti-graft agency.
They were all arrested after being indicted by a presidential committee that investigated arms procurement during the last administration.
The committee said over $2. billion was diverted to purposes other than arms procurement.
