Elder Israel Ogbonnaya Ugenyi of Amafor Isingwu, Umuahia passes on at 96; Service of Songs holds in New Jersey, USA
The passage unto glory of Elder Israel Ogbonnaya Ugenyi of Umuofia Umuewere in Amafor Isingwu, Umuahia North Local Government Area (LGA) of Abia State has been announced by the family and a Celebration of Life program will be held on Sunday, August 27, 2023 in New Jersey, United States of America (USA) in honour of the departed Patriarch.
Elder Israel Ugenyi, according to a notice by Enyinna Anosike Ugenyi on behalf of the family, passed on this year, 2023, aged 96, having been born in 1927.
A highly respected community leader, the Service of Songs in his honour in the U.S will hold at the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Dominion Cathedral, 180 Main Street, Orange, New Jersey 07050 from 2.30PM.
