Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State, in a bid to ensure smooth running of government in strict adherence to the administrative principles of transparency, accountability and prudence, on Friday, reappointed Mr. Sylvester Onoyima as Special Adviser on Due Process.
The governor broke the news when he met with the Permanent Secretaries of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), for briefing at the Government House, Enugu.
