Exactly two years ago today, Lady Nnenna Mary Mbagwu, former Assistant Controller General (ACG) of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) joined the Saints Triumphant at the age of 66.
For the entire late Mr. Innocent Mbagwu family of Umuokoro Umuariam Obowo in Imo State, the entire community, Imo State and Nigeria as a whole, the pain of the loss of the rare gem still lingers.
Late Lady Nnenna Mbagwu’s younger sister and Texas, United States of America (USA)-based medical practitioner, Dr. Sussan pens a new poem in remembrance of the unforgettable Amazon.
Some pictures here also capture memories of the glorious journey through life of the philanthropist and leader of leaders.
IN MEMORIAM.

Resting here till day breaks,
When shadows fall,
And darkness dissappears.
— Book of Solomon.
Two years, and counting.
Yet the Ache Lingers!
Loss invades one’s thoughts,
Xmas now comes with a pinch of melancholy,
Alleviated only
by joyful memories of things done together.Made worse by same memories, re-lived without you!!.
Yet, we trudge on,
Comforted by expectation of a joyful Re-union, at that Place, where GOD resides, and ETERNAL life Reigns Supreme🕊🙏⚘
