Lectures begin at Power Ministries International Inc, USA’s Institute of Christian Leadership

The leadership lectures of the Institute of Christian Leadership Inc and Power Ministries International Inc, USA have commenced in the New Jersey office of the organisation in Morris Avenue.

The classes started on Thursday, January 16, 2020 and are meant to mold the students into ultimate Christian leaders.

This is coming after the grand opening and dedication of the New Jersey office of the Institute and Power Ministries International on Saturday, December 21, 2019.

The course topics focus on Leadership and Management; Biblical Financial Management; Biblical Time Management; Church Growth; Church Management, and Discipleship and Mentoring.

Other topics include Impartation and Anointing; Five-fold Ministry: Gifting and Calling; Spiritual Warfare; Leadership Principles for TODAY from the Life of Leaders; Foundational Doctrines of the Bible and Crisis Management: Challenges and Issues.

The courses lead to the award of the Diploma in Christian Leadership and Management after  three months of class work and equips students to face challenges including how to handle conflict and criticism, stress, depression and burnout, and how to engage people for growth.

They also help the students to discover their goals and how to reach them; how to train and nurture future leaders; how to manage time; how to raise finance and be a good steward and how to make decisions and how to make decisions and control crisis.

The Faculty of the international body is made up of seasoned Christian teachers from all over the world.
