69th Annual Convention of RCCG ends today, Sunday, August 8, 2021

The 69th Annual Convention of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) that started on Monday, August 2, 2021 ends today, Sunday, August 8, 2021 with a Thanksgiving and Farewell Service.
The Convention, with the theme: “A New Wave of Glory,” which had the General Overseer of the Church, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye and other Anointed Ministers of God ministering, started with the first day, Monday, August 2, 2021 being dedicated to Children and Teenagers, and continued on Tuesday, August 2, 2021 with the second day dedicated to Young Adults.
Wednesday, August 4, 2021 was dedicated to Elders with the Welcome Service taking place in the evening, spiced with presentations by Children.
On Thursday, August 5, 2021 Deacons, Deaconesses and Assistant Pastors were ordained, with the Deliverance Service of the Convention taking place during the evening session.
The high point of the Friday, August 6, 2021 program was the Holy Ghost Service while on Saturday, August 7, 2021, full Pastors of the Church and Honorary Elders were ordained. There was also graduation of students of the Redeemed Christian Bible College (RCBC) and the Leadership Institute.
The Thanksgiving and Farewell Service of today, Sunday, August 8, 2021 will bring to a pulsating end an extraordinary week of non-stop waves of the glory of God at the Convention that was attended by Christian leaders from all over Nigeria and from different parts of the world.
There were exciting and spiritually uplifting Virtual presentations by Pastors Seed Family members from different parts of the world, inspired music ministrations, intense prayer sessions, indepth study of the word of God and prophetic declarations by the General Overseer of the RCCG and other Anointed Ministers of God.
Thousands of people surrendered their lives to Jesus when alter calls were made, there were spectacular testimonies of the faithfulness of God, including the crowd of women who danced out to dedicate their children and thank God for the miracles of conceptions and safe delivery of their miracle babies.
Pastor Adeboye also announced during the Convention that next month, September 2021 Holy Ghost Service will be dedicated to those trusting God for the fruit of the womb, with the theme – God Bless You Part 8 (You Shall Be Fruitful) while the theme for the Holy Ghost Congress of the RCCG coming up from December 5 to 11, 2021 will be “The Siege is Over.”
As participants depart the Camp Ground in Nigeria, the experiences and blessings of the week of waves of glory will remain with them as well as with those that participated online from different parts of the world, and by the grace of God, it will be from glory to glory henceforth.
