The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has launched the NAIJA 4 THE WIN campaign as the Super Eagles prepare for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
The campaign marks Nigeria’s return to Africa’s biggest football competition with renewed determination to reclaim the AFCON title. Nigeria are three-time champions of the tournament, having won it in 1980, 1994 and 2013.
The Super Eagles finished as runners-up at the 2023 AFCON in Côte d’Ivoire, losing the final to hosts Ivory Coast. While the result was commendable, the NFF said it remains unfinished business and a motivation to go one step further in Morocco.
Under the leadership of head coach Eric Sékou Chelle, and with full support from the National Sports Commission and the NFF, the team is being built on discipline, experience, emerging talent and a strong collective spirit. The clear objective is to improve on the last tournament and bring the AFCON trophy back to Nigeria.
The NAIJA 4 THE WIN campaign is also a call for unity, urging Nigerians at home and in the diaspora to rally behind the team. The NFF believes the same spirit that drove past triumphs can inspire another historic success in Morocco.
The football body encouraged fans to support the Super Eagles throughout the tournament, whether from viewing centres across Nigeria or in the stadiums in Morocco, stressing that the passion and backing of Nigerians are vital to the team’s success.
As preparations continue, the NFF insists the Super Eagles are focused, ready and fully committed to the challenge ahead.
