RCCG holds Holy Ghost Congress 2016: Theme- Complete Restoration; Winners holds Shiloh 2016: Theme- My Case is Different

Two major Christian programmes are taking place this week (December 5-10, 2016) in different parts of Ogun State, Nigeria.
They are the Holy Ghost Congress of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, and Shiloh of Living Faith Church World –Wide, also known as Winners Church.
The theme of the RCCG 2016 Holy Ghost Congress is Complete Restoration while Shiloh 2016’s theme is My Case is Different.
The Holy Ghost Congress started Monday December 5, 2016 while Shiloh started Tuesday, December 6, 2016.
Crowds of seekers of Jesus Christ are already on ground in both locations from different parts of the country and, indeed, from different parts of the world and most will stay on the Camp Grounds till the end of the programmes at the weekend.
The General Overseer of the RCCG is former Applied Mathematics lecturer at the frontline University of Lagos, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye while the Presiding Bishop of the Living Faith Church is Bishop David Oyedepo. Both are highly anointed and well respected across the world.
Pastor Adeboye said concerning the Congress in his Welcome Address, that “The Congress is a celebration of Jesus. It is a celebration, and yet, a serious affair….It is a time to worship the Lord intensely, pay attention to His word, seek His face and pray with thanksgiving and a genuinely repentant and expectant heart….Seize the opportunity of these six days of the Congress to cry out unto the Lord. He assures us of speedy answers.”
The RCCG’s Holy Ghost Congress is in its 19th year and has been growing, spectacularly, from the first that was held in the Lekki area of Lagos on December 18, 1998 (Divine Visitation)to the first on the Redemption Camp Ground which held for three days, from December 16-18,1999 (Victory At Last) to the six days mega events that started with the December 16-21, 2002 Congress with the theme: Showers of Blessing.
The Camp Ground has also grown miraculously from the first Auditorium to the new 3km by 3km mega Auditorium.
There have been life transforming messages, miracles, signs and wonders galore and as Pastor Adeboye has assured, “You shall not miss your blessings as you give God your full attention at this Congress in Jesus’ name.”
