Solskjaer unsure of Ighalo Manchester United future

Manchester United boss, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is uncertain if Nigerian striker Odion Jude Ighalo would remain at the club until the end of the season or beyond the 2019/2020 season.

Odion Jude Ighalo joined Manchester United on loan from Chinese Super League side, Shanghai Shenhua, during the winter transfer window and his deal is expiring end of May.

While the former Watford striker has revealed desire to remain at Manchester United his boyhood club, his dream may have come to an end according to the club’s manager.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer revealed that he is interested in keeping the former Granada striker but nothing has been agreed with his club who wants him back ahead of the new Chinese Super League season.

Football fans who use http://sport.netbet.ng/ also think it would be nice if Odion Ighalo remains at Manchester United.

“The loan deal went until the end of May now, so obviously he’s supposed to be going back,” Solskjaer told MUTV

“We’re in dialogue. They’ve been great towards us, his club, and allowed him to play for his dream club.

“It’s been a dream for him and hopefully he can finish off what he started, hopefully with a trophy for us.

“At the moment, nothing has been agreed. Their league is going to get started soon so we’re just waiting to see.”

While Odion Ighalo may not fulfil his dreams of ending his career as a United, he would most likely end it as one of the most paid African ever, considering he has an offer of £400,000k from his Chinese club on his table.
