All set for London, UK celebration of late Lady Nneoma Ezinne Rose Onyeoma Nwosuagwu
Lady Nneoma Ezinne Rose Nwosuagwu, wife of Sir Engineer S. N. Nwosuagwu of Ehume Umuopara in Umuahia South Local Government Area (LGA) of Abia State, Nigeria, passed on recently at the age of 80.
She will be interred on Saturday, January 27, 2024, after a Funeral Service at the Ehume Community Primary School, Umuahia South LGA in Abia State.
The London Service of Songs and Celebration of Life event, being put together by Uzoma Victoria Nwosuagwu-Ibe (Lady Nwosuagwu’s first daughter) and Henry Ibe (her son-in-law) will hold at 560 London Road (by Credo Way) West Thurrock, Essex RM20 3BJ and the who is who in the city are expected to attend to honour the memory of the departed Matriarch of the large Nwosuagwu family.
The London programme is one of a series of events lined up to give the late renowned Nurse, acclaimed philanthropist, community and church leader who positively impacted very many people across the world, a befitting burial.
Other activities leading to the interment include another Service of Songs in honour of Lady Nneoma Ezinne Rose Nwosuagwu on Thursday, January 25, 2024 from 5pm to 9pm at the Methodist Church, Ehume Umuopara Umuahia, Abia State, Nigeria.
On Saturday, January 27, 2024, at 10am, the body would leave City Gate Medical Services, Aba Road (Afaraukwu) Umuahia North LGA, Abia State and arrive her husband’s compound in Ehume Umuopara Umuahia by 10.45am for Lying in state.
At 11.45am same Saturday, January 27, 2024, the much beloved wife, mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, aunty and sister will be laid to rest, immediately after the Funeral Service.
There will be a grand reception for guests immediately after the interment on Saturday, while on Sunday, January 28, 2024, there will be an outing Thanksgiving Service from 10am at the Methodist Church, Ehume Umuopara Umuahia.
Condolence messages are still pouring in for the family from far and near from all those who in one way or the other encountered the kind, generous and peace loving mother of many who has left behind many praise worthy legacies.
