World acclaimed Chefs, including Chef Instructor, Muneera Tahir (Chef Muse), Chef Raphael Duntoye, Lorraine Pascale and Chef Imoteda (the Queen of Nigerian Street Food), will play active parts in the upcoming Guaranty Trust Bank Food and Drinks Fair.

According to the Bank, those who desire to be part of the masterclasses to be handled by these Chefs would have the opportunity to do so.

GTBank said that Chef Muse will be at the Fair to help groom the chefs of the future.

With a strong passion for cooking that started in her grandmother’s kitchen, Chef Muse went on to complete a Diploma in Cuisine and Patisserie at Red Dish Chronicles (RDC) in 2016.

After completing her Diploma at RDC, Chef Muse got an internship at L’italiano Restaurant, London and rose rapidly to the position of Head Chef of L’Italiano Restaurant where she worked until September of 2017. Thereafter she returned to her Alma Mater, RDC, as a Chef Instructor.

Since returning to RDC, Chef Muse has been training budding chefs and continues to undertake several exciting culinary projects in her capacity as an Executive Sous Chef.

Those who would like their children (between the ages of 5-13) to attend Chef Muse’s masterclass at the GTBank Food and Drink Fair on Monday, April 30, 2018 are expected to register

Internationally acclaimed Chef Patron of La Petite Maison, Chef Duntoye, will be at the Fair to facilitate a Masterclass on how to build a successful culinary career.

Renowned for his lightness of touch and reverence for the best fresh produce, Chef Raphael began his culinary journey in 1995 when he left a career in engineering to follow a life-long passion for food and cooking.

He joined the Butlers Wharf Chef School in 1995 and following his graduation, spent the next five years earning his culinary stripes under the mentorship of Pierre Koffman, one of UK’s most celebrated Chefs of all time. He later served as Executive Sous Chef at Sketch in Mayfair and as a Senior Sous Chef at the Japanese restaurant Zuma in Knightsbridge, London.

In 2007, Chef Raphael opened the first La Petit Maison in Mayfair, London and has since then expanded the award winning restaurant to five other major metropolitan cities across the world.

Registration is also required to attend Chef Raphael’s Masterclass at the GTBank Food and Drink fair on Tuesday, May 1.

British Chef, bestselling author and TV personality, Pascale, will be at the Fair to treat guests to an exciting Masterclass on how to make perfect desserts.

Before she became one of the biggest names in UK food shows, Lorraine was the first Black British fashion model to appear on the cover of American Elle. Being there and done that, she decided to follow her real passion–cookery–and enrolled for Leith’s Diploma of food and wine course.  She later graduated with a first class honours degree in Culinary Arts Management at London’s University of West London.

Lorraine’s mastery of baking has earned her international appeal and accolades. She has been a judge on the UK version of My Kitchen Rules, Food Network’s Holiday Baking Championship in the US and in March 2015, co-hosted one of the UK’s biggest TV programmes, The Nation’s Favourite Food. She also runs a successful blog where she shares her recipes for baking as well as tips for those wishing to embark on a journey to a healthy lifestyle.

Lorraine Pascale’s Masterclass at the 2018 GTBank Food and Drink Fair, holds on Sunday, April 29th and those who would like to attend are also expected to register.

Also, popular Nigerian Chef and co-owner of Eko Street Eat, Chef Imoteda will be at the 2018 GTBank Food and Drink Fair to host a Masterclass on the Art of Plating.

Trained at Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Imoteda is the chef instructor and host of two TV shows, Urban Kitchen and Heels in the Kitchen. She is also the co-owner of Eli Street Eat, a company that specializes in bringing innovative twists to Nigerian street food.

When she is not making the best of Nigerian street food, training budding chefs or presenting food shows on TV, Chef Imoteda is busy curating the Nigerian Fusion Food Tour. Now in its third year, the tour aims to celebrate the richness of Nigerian cuisine by taking it around the world.

Also, those who would like to attend Chef Imoteda’s Masterclass at the 2018 Food and Drink Fair, which holds on Sunday, April 29th, should register.
