17 ships discharge petroleum products, others at Lagos ports

Lagos, Jan. 18, 2022

The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) on Tuesday said 17 ships were discharging bulk wheat, general cargo, fuel, container, bulk sugar, trucks and frozen fish at Lagos ports.

It said 12 other ships laden with petroleum products, general cargo, bulk sugar, container, frozen fish, base oil, bulk wheat, plaster, fuel and butane gas were expected from Jan. 18 to Jan. 23.

The authority added that nine other ships had arrived at the ports and were waiting to berth with general cargo, bulk wheat, bulk salt and bulk sugar.
