Former Sokoto State Governor, Alhaji Attahiru Bafarawa, has been discharged and acquitted by a Sokoto High Court of his over 8 years Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, fraud case.
Delivering judgement Tuesday, the state’s Chief Judge, Justice Bello Abbas said the prosecution failed to prove its case.
