The Governor of Rivers State, His Excellency Chief Nyesom E. Wike, has warned all banks and financial institutions against giving loans to Local Governments, Ministries and Parastatals without his express approval in writing.
A statement by Sir Opunabo Inko-Tariah,Monday, said that “Consequently, any institution that floats this order does so at its own risk.”
