The group which has claimed responsibility for a recent series of attacks on oil and gas facilities across the Niger Delta, was reported to have agreed to a ceasefire deal with the Federal Government, Monday.
The NDA, however, warned that “political jobbers” have began claiming to speak for their group and that they will only agree to dialogue if it is open to an international audience.
A tweet from the Twitter handle of the Niger Delta Avengers @NDAvengers, Tuesday afternoon, read:
“The NDA High Command never remember having any agreement on ceasefire with the Nigeria Government.”
