Abdullahi Abdul takes over as new NDLEA Commander, Bayelsa State

Bayelsa State Command of National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA has got a new state Commander. He is Mr. Abdullahi Abdul CN who has since resumed duty.
Mr. Abdul takes over from Barrister Mrs. Josephine Obi who had been piloting the affairs of the command for the past three years.
Abdul’s deployment to the  Bayelsa state Command was sequel to the approval of the Chairman/Chief Executive of NDLEA through the national headquarters.
Until Abdullahi Abdul’s deployment to the state,  he was the State Commander of the Jigawa State Command.

A statement signed by Supt. Osakwe Ikenna, Public Affairs Unit, Bayelsa state Command solicits the cooperation and partnership of the people and residents of Bayelsa State in fighting the war against illicit drugs trade and abuse so as to engender a peaceful, progressive and drug free State.
