Amb. Ben Okoyen presents letters of Credence to Cuba’s President Bermudez (See pictures)

On Wednesday, June 23, 2021, Ambassador Benaoyagha Okoyen, in Havana, presented his Letters of Credence as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to His Excellency, Miguel Mario Diaz-Canel Bermudez, the President of the Republic of Cuba.

Ambassador Okoyen, who is Nigeria’s Ambassador to Cuba with concurrent accreditation to Bahamas, Honduras and Nicaragua, was accompanied to the historic occasion by his wife and other senior officials of Nigeria’s Mission in Cuba.

Ambassador Okoyen is the immediate past Consul General of Nigeria in New York, United States of America.
